The new Panasonic KX-TD7696 is a robust, ruggedized dust- and water-resistant DECT cordless phone that works with the "cellsite antennas" in Panasonic KX-TDA, KX-TDE, KX-TAW and KX-NCP phone systems that use DECT technology.
It's ergonomically designed, easy-to-use and extremely durable. This phone is designed to meet and exceed the demands of harsh workplace environments. Its housing is sealed to meet the stringent IP54 standards.
It's ideally suited for a factory, warehouse, healthcare, retail, automotive, laboratory or any challenging environment, and has the same features you'd expect to find on a much larger desk phone -- even a speakerphone and headset jack for two types of hands-free operation.
The KX-TD7696 has a large, 6-line, blue backlit LCD for features like Caller ID, personal and system speed dial, and a built-in 100-item phone book and distinct ring/LED options.
The handset includes an intuitive Graphical Icon Menu and dynamic Operation Guidance with Soft Keys and a Built-in Joystick.
